Personalized Items

Monogrammed items or items that are personalized in any way cannot be changed after order placement. Southern Stithchworks is not responsible for orders that were placed incorrectly, so please be sure to check your order!

While our lead times are typically much shorter, monogrammed items can take as long as 15 days to produce and ship from our facility.

Orders that contain personalized items and non-personalized items will ship together once monogrammed items are complete.

Out-of-Stock Products

We make every effort to ensure that our inventory levels are accurate. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. Although we try to avoid it, at times a product will be out of stock even if our website says otherwise. We will contact you to make arrangements for a refund if requested, or we will ship your product as it becomes available. 

Returns

Please inspect orders thoroughly upon receipt. All sales are final. However, within 30 days from the time of receipt we will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. You must contact us within 7 days by email and must include a photo of the incorrect product. PLEASE NOTE - ORDERS THAT ARE ENTERED INCORRECTLY BY THE CUSTOMER, INCLUDING THE ORDER OF INITIALS, MISSPELLINGS, OR THREAD COLOR CHOICES ARE NOT RETURNABLE ONCE PRODUCED. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION IMMEDIATELY AFTER ORDERING. SOUTHERN STITCHWORKS LLC WILL PRODUCE YOUR ITEM EXACTLY AS ORDERED.  

Items must be returned in the condition they were received. They must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags on them.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping.

Returns will only be made for store credit.

Shipping policy
Shipping Time -- Most non-personalized orders will ship within one to two business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Personalized orders will ship approximately three to seven business days after receipt of order, although it can take up to fifteen business days at times. Many of our products will offer a rush option to expedite your order. Selecting a faster shipping service without selecting the rush option does not guarantee quicker processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday or on national holidays, except by prior arrangement.
 
Our standard shipping is through the United States Postal Service via first class mail. There are additional options available during checkout for additional services.
 
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Southern Stitchworks LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping once the item has been handed to the carrier for shipping.  
 
It may take several days for tracking information to appear on the carrier's tracking system. At times, a product may not have any tracking information and still be successfully delivered to you.
 
 
Orders that are shipped to addresses that were entered incorrectly by you at the time of order are not the responsibility of Southern Stitchworks LLC. If the order is returned to us after a failed delivery attempt we will gladly ship it out to a correct address if we have been provided one. Southern Stitchworks will collect the cost of re-shipping from the customer prior to shipment.
 
 
Southern Stitchworks LLC is not responsible for items that are damaged in the mail, lost by the shipping carrier, or have tracking information that shows the product as delivered. You must contact the shipping carrier to get information on how to resolve the issue directly.
